Seaspan is thrilled to share that through our 2023 United Way campaign, we collectively contributed over $200,000 to the United Way organizations of Southern Vancouver Island and Vancouver’s Lower Mainland, and will once again make a huge impact to the communities they support. The United Way Vancouver Lower Mainland will receive $137.7k, and the United Way Southern Vancouver Island will receive $58.4k.
This total was comprised of funds raised from Employee donations with employer matching, our internal auction, a 50/50 draw, and, new for this year, a Seaspan-sponsored intern for United Way.
