Corporate Services – Employee Relations & Wellness

The Employee Relations team works with multiple unions, leading negotiations for multiple collective agreements and working with complex and sensitive labour and employee relations issues.

The Wellness team is responsible for providing direction and coordination to health and wellness in the workplace. Proving expertise and leadership, the team develops and implements progressive policies and programs designed to improve overall employee and corporate wellness.
