Nancy L. McKenzie

Chief Financial Officer Seaspan

Nancy McKenzie Nancy joined Seaspan as Corporate Controller in August 1998, was appointed Vice President, Finance and Administration in 2003, and in November 2005 was appointed Chief Financial Officer. Nancy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. Nancy articled with Deloitte & Touche in their Mississauga office, and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 1991.

Nancy's experience with manufacturing, distribution and service companies was obtained through progressively senior roles in a variety of multi-national organizations in both Ontario and BC.

As Chief Financial Officer, Nancy is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and management for Seaspan, and enhancing the financial performance of the company and its affiliates.
