Corporate Services – Learning & Development

The Learning and Development team is responsible for creating the strategy for developing and deploying high impact and cost effective learning solutions. The team is also responsible for promoting career development and providing centrally–governed education, tools and other resources for employees. This team works very closely with the HR Consulting & Program Delivery team. Positions include:

  • Learning Specialists
  • Manager, Learning & Development

  • Training facilitation and public speaking skills
  • Effective coaching and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Experience in measurement/analytics
  • Knowledge and success in adult learning and deployment planning
  • Experience in Learn Management Systems
