Corporate Services – HR Consulting & Program Delivery

The HR Consulting and Program Delivery team supports the delivery of Seaspan’s People Strategy. The team is accountable for the delivery of HR services by designing, planning and implementing client-facing HR programs and initiatives. Positions on the team include:

  • HR Coordinator
  • HR Generalist
  • HR Business Partners

  • Experience in leading/conducting workplace investigations
  • Knowledge in federal and provincial legislation including the Canadian Human Rights Act, Employment Equity Act, Canada Labour Code, Employment Standards etc.
